My garage door spring broke. Can I still open the door?
Please don't try. Garage door springs hold a lot of tension, and a door with a broken spring is very heavy and can fall. Leave it closed and give us a call; spring replacement is one of our most common repairs.
Should I repair my door or replace it?
Many problems, like springs, cables, rollers and openers, can be fixed for much less than a new door. If your door is badly damaged, very old or you want a new look, replacement can make more sense. We'll give you an honest recommendation either way.
